Just a few word of recommendation!
I have recently purchased a Royal Spa from Advanced Spa Repair.
I had not heard of this company until I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Stollings. I had purchased a "used spa" from a friend. He had bought new from one of the "Well Advertised" companies. As the year went by, I started to have problems-Could NOT get these people to help solve them. After repeated attempts, several trips to their service department (no calls back to me!)  I was fortunate enough to get Mike as a recommendation. Advanced Spa repair is a wonderful company, very responsive, honest and a pleasure to know. With the treatment I was given, once I found out that he had a line of spa's, there was really no where else I would choose!
 
The spa I purchased is great! More than enough jets, water fall & fountains. The model I choose also has a radio (LOVE that radio!!)
The spa is very attractive, has operated wonderfully, and is very easy to maintain. I am very happy with my purchase! All I can say: Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

 We went to the Charleston, WV. home show to look for a hot tub.  We compared all the competition and were blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail that was given to us by Michael and Yvonne.  I usually figure that a sales person is just trying to make a sale, but they went out of their way to ensure we knew all we had to, in order to make an informed decision on what we should be looking for in a hot tub.  They took the time to show us how the spa was made and all of the features it had.  After we looked around and compared the others, we were sold on Royal Spas.  Once we decided on the one we wanted, they made sure it would fit our life style and needs. 

Upon the day of delivery, they showed up on time, were prepared, were very caring and fast.  The delivery process was smooth and they made sure that we understood everything about the spa and how to take care of it.  They stayed to fill the tub, treat it and ensure everything was working properly.  They not only were nice during the sale, but were even nicer during the delivery. 

We are so glad that we decided to buy a Royal Spa and that we met such wonderful people in the process. We would definitely recommend Mike and Yvonne Stollings and The Royal Spa for anyone who is interested in comfort, relaxation and a wonderful buying experience.

 We bought our used hot tub from Advanced Spa Repair back in March of 2008. It is by far one of the best purchases we've ever made. Back in 2005, my job caused a back injury and I've had some recurring aches and pains since. We thought, we may be able to afford a used hot tub and it'll help my back. And it has!! I sit in it and move around to the different seats and it gives me a total back massage. In, fact, since we got the hot tub, I'd say my back problems are over.

My wife and I are training to tun a marathon. After a long trianing run, there's nothing better than getting into the hot tub! The heat relaxes the muscles and the jets give a nice massage. We've also found it's great for the kids! They use it like a pool and have hours of fun in it.

As far as Advanced Spa and it's service, it's one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Whether I need a new filter or chemicals, Mike is always available to get it to me. Mike is also top notch when it comes to advice on what to do to keep the quality of your hot tub up-to-date.

Two years ago my husband and I purchased a used spa from someone out of the classifieds. This spa subsequently caused us many headaches. Thankfully, we found Mike Stollings and he provided fast and affordable service.  We recently decided to purchase a Royal Spa because of their quality and energy efficiency. The Royal Sultan Ultra is wonderful and so easy to maintain. The entire buying process was very easy, from financing, to removing our old spa and delivering the new one.
